EDEN PRAIRIE, MINN. … Power management company Eaton today announced two new industrial hose products, the MARAUDERTM Concrete Pumping hose and the MARAUDER Plaster and Grout hose to address the challenges of heavy use on construction sites.
“This new addition to our full-line of industrial hose demonstrates Eaton’s dedication to providing solutions for all of our customer’s heavy-duty hose requirements,” said Carl Swanson, global product manager, Eaton. “The new MARAUDER products utilize abrasion resistant synthetic rubber to endure even the toughest construction environments.”
The MARAUDER Concrete Pumping hose is a 1,230 pounds per square inch (psi) suction and discharge hose used for concrete and cement placement. Available in sizes ranging from 2 inches to 6 inches, the hose is reinforced with high-tensile steel cords and covered with pin-pricked synthetic rubber for maximum durability.
Also built to withstand 1,230 psi, the MARAUDER Plaster and Grout hose is designed for high-pressure spraying of plaster, grout, sand, gypsum and ready mixed concrete. Reinforced with high-tensile synthetic textile with anti-static copper wire and covered with pin-pricked abrasion-, ozone- and weather-resistant synthetic rubber, the hose is available in sizes ranging from 1 inch to 5 inches.
Both hoses are temperature rated for 40 degrees Fahrenheit (F) to 158 F. Specifications, pricing and lead times for both hoses are currently available through Eaton and its global distribution network.
